The big games keep on coming, and today we hosted high-flying Bolton.

This was a hugh six-pointer for two teams at the top end of the League One table, with both teams pushing for top 2. This was a classic game of two halves. First half we managed to gain the advantage through McAtee, a lead we doubled through our USA sensation Pines.

In the 2nd half Bolton threw everything at us, they managed to pull one back. The Reds should have held on, but the visitors won a controversial penalty in the 98th minute. Roberts saved the shot, but unfortunately Williams was first to the rebound for Bolton. The last gasp equaliser might not have been the final story, as Bolton had a couple of corners last on, which they fortunately couldn't;'t capitalise on. Draws are tough to take after being in a commanding 2-0 lead, but definitely a point in the right direction!
