Barnsley sign Scottish striker Shaw from Kilmarnock

Barnsley football club have signed their second striker of the January transfer window by securing the services of Oli Shaw from Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock.

The reds have signed Shaw on a 2 year deal for an undisclosed fee.


Obviously, I’m happy to be here,” began our latest recruit. “It’s been a long couple of days. I’ve known about it for a while, but I’m finally here now.

“I’ve met the boys, settling in. It’s really good to be here now and I can’t wait to get going.”

Shaw joins right back Barry Cotter, striker Max Watters, goalkeeper Harry Isted and centre back Bobby Thomas who have arrived at Oakwell during the January transfer window.

Left back Clarke Oduor returned to Barnsley after his loan deal ended at Hartlepool.
